"This was my first time to Colorado and definitely not my last. We stayed at Venivici's "winter-time nest" in
Breckenridge. The place had more than my expectations for amenities.... This little hideaway has big flat screen
TV, leather, theater-style bucket couches (with cup holders :)), professional pop-corn/cappuccino maker and
veggie/fruit blender. The shower heads dumped water on you like you were under a waterfall.
Usually when renting a condo, the little things just aren't there and when we/us as hotel guests are
accustomed for them not to offer the little things. Not the case at this Venivici condo my sales associates &
I stayed at. You can instantly identify that some thought and planning went into the place which transpired
us into a feeling of complete relaxation in this pad after hitting the slopes and coming back soar & tiresome.
I hardly wanted to leave the house, but of course we did. The first thing I did when I arrived was walk five
feet out the back door off my bedroom, where there were close to 15 swans bathing in the partially frozen pond.
I knew then that my hopeful intentions of a peaceful vacation had begun. In the morning we drove ~ about 8 mins.
to arrive at the base of the slopes. Keystone, A-Basin, Vail... all of which are a short scenic drive along the
windy snow covered Colorado roads and landscapes.
Breathtaking! After snowboarding some of the best mountains in the U.S, we came home to foosball and
shuffleboard tournaments. We had a wonderful dinner that the girls cooked in the full kitchen and
on the stainless steel grill on the patio. To cap the night off I ran fifty feet in my ugg boots
to the steamy Jacuzzi... life is good!!
I hope to get back soon with either my employees or family for another enjoyable stay.. Thanks again!"

"This condo rocks! From its many elegances (including large dining room
table/eat in kitchen with espresso bar), leather 'theater style' seating
and surround sound to the private bedrooms located on each side of the
condo. It also has that carefree 'bachelor-pad feeling with some eclectic,
fun decoration including shuffle board and foozball tables. Definitely
a relaxing home away from home!"

"Mr. Ventimiglia, 2 Thumbs up!!! The amenities were OUTSTANDING making
my stay at Breckenridge fun and relaxing beyond my expectations. The hot
tub was a welcome site after a day of skiing. Your attention to detail
is commendable. You seem to have an understanding of just what every person
needs AND WANTS in a vacation home: the oversized gas grill and well stocked
kitchen were a delight. Enjoyed the convienence of the computer, fax,
and printer. The game room and theatre-size popcorn machine were a treat.
I can't begin to tell you just how comfortable the living room made me
feel. The gas fireplace, home theater system and leather recliner couch
were terrific. Looking forward to my next trip there!
Sincerely,
